At Nayla Hikes, we want every purchase to feel right. If something isn’t, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Requests

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you find an issue, please email us at [email protected]. Your message should include your order number, the item you wish to return, your reason for returning it, and clear photos if the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps within 1 to 2 business days.

Return Procedure

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back. Depending on your location, you may be asked to drop it off or prepare it for pickup. The item must be securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds and Store Credit

As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), we do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or product exchanges only. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the returned item has been received and passes inspection. Items that fail to meet our return conditions will be returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned. This includes personalized or customized items, final sale products, and any item that has been worn, used, or washed. Some products may also list non-returnable conditions on their individual product pages.
